1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cut & Collect, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy (published on the Cut & Collect website and, when shipped, the related in-app version). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and the app store

You obtain the app through a third-party store (Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS). Store rules, payment rules that apply to the store itself, and applicable laws also apply. This is a mobile game. Optional in-app purchases for digital gameplay features are offered through your app store under separate store checkout terms (Google Play Billing on Android; Apple StoreKit / the App Store on iOS). Nothing here replaces your store's payment terms.

3. License to use the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for private entertainment, in line with these Terms and store policies.

4. Game modes and features

Cut & Collect currently includes these playable modes:

• Original Mode — classic grid puzzle play.
• Arrange Mode (Arrange Pieces) — rebuild the picture by arranging pieces into place.
• Drag Snap Mode — drag and snap pieces into place.

Classic Jigsaw may appear in the app UI as Coming Soon only. It is not playable in this version and is not described here as an active gameplay mode. Mode availability, progression locks, catalogs, and related features may vary by version and device. The app may also show My Photos / custom-photo entry points, Daily Hints, hints from free, rewarded, or purchased sources, Lucky Wheel rewards, Progression Center summaries, optional advertisements, optional in-app purchases, optional local notifications, and optional Google Play Games or Apple Game Center surfaces where configured.

Some UI entries may be labeled Coming Soon or similar. Coming Soon labels are informational only and do not create a commitment to release, permanently offer, or keep any unfinished feature. We may change, delay, or remove Coming Soon entries without notice.

Rewards, Lucky Wheel eligibility, achievements, leaderboards, progression rules, and related digital benefits may be adjusted for fairness, balance, or technical reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack, cheat, reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows, interfere with other players where online or third-party social features exist, scrape or overload services, misuse Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or other third-party services connected to the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes. Do not use harmful, illegal, infringing, or abusive content through My Photos or other user-selected features.

6. Puzzle content and ownership

Built-in puzzle images, UI, logos, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to play, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or exploit app assets outside what the law or store license permits. User-selected My Photos remain your responsibility and content; we do not claim ownership of images you choose from your device.

7. My Photos and custom photos

My Photos and other custom puzzles use photographs or images you select from your device (for example gallery or camera). Those images are selected by you and processed locally for puzzle creation. Custom photos are stored locally in the app sandbox on your device for use in supported modes (for example Original Mode, Arrange Mode, and Drag Snap Mode). The app is not designed to upload your custom photos to servers we operate for gameplay.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use those images in the game on your device, and that your content does not violate law or others' rights (for example copyright, privacy, or publicity). You are responsible for the device content you choose. We are not responsible for content you select.

If you share content through your device's platform sharing features, that sharing is handled by your operating system and the destination you choose — not as an upload to servers we operate for gameplay.

Deleting the app or clearing Cut & Collect app data may remove locally saved custom photos, related local puzzle entries, local progress, settings, and other on-device app data. We do not currently provide cloud sync, a server account, or cross-device backup for custom photos or local gameplay data.

8. Prohibited content

Do not import or create puzzles from unlawful, hateful, explicit, or infringing materials. We may block features that rely on such content where technically feasible, but we do not pre-screen your private on-device library.

9. Advertisements, consent, and rewarded ads

Cut & Collect may display third-party ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob / Google advertising partners). Ad formats may include banner ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads, native ads, and rewarded video ads (for example to earn in-game hints or an optional extra Lucky Wheel spin). Ad availability is not guaranteed. Interacting with ads is between you and the advertiser or ad network under their terms and policies. Rewarded ads are optional; you are not required to watch them to use core catalog gameplay where the product allows play without them. Where required by law, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present a consent form, and in-app Privacy & cookie settings may be available. On iOS, Cut & Collect may request Apple's native App Tracking Transparency permission. Denying that permission does not block app functionality.

10. In-app purchases and Premium

Optional in-app purchases are offered through your app store (Google Play Billing on Android; Apple StoreKit / the App Store on iOS), including consumable hint packs and a non-consumable Lifetime Premium (Remove Ads) unlock. When consumable hint packs are purchased, hints are added to a local hint balance on your device after the store confirms the purchase. That balance is stored locally; deleting the app or clearing app data may cause loss of unused hints, and consumable balances are not guaranteed to be restored through Restore Purchases.

Lifetime Premium removes only non-rewarded ads; rewarded ads may remain optional for in-game rewards even after Premium is active. Lifetime Premium includes unlimited My Photos for custom puzzles on your device and may also include additional included Lucky Wheel spins per day where the current product offers that benefit. Lifetime Premium may be restored through Restore Purchases when supported by your store account and our integration. Billing, refunds, taxes, and restores follow your store account and policies. We do not receive your full payment card details from the store. We do not make unsupported refund promises beyond your store's policies.

11. Lucky Wheel

The Lucky Wheel is an optional in-app reward feature. Spins may grant light digital gameplay rewards such as hints or similar in-game benefits according to the current reward pool and eligibility rules. Rewards have no cash value, are not gambling, and are not redeemable for money. Spin availability, cooldowns, streak-related benefits, and optional rewarded extra spins may change for fairness, balance, or technical reasons.

12. Progress, achievements, and local data

Gameplay progress, stars, achievement state, stats, session metadata, Daily Hints eligibility, and Progression Center summaries are stored locally on your device unless otherwise described for optional platform services. Optional Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS) may sync achievements or leaderboard scores when you connect and the service is configured. Progress and rewards are app features that may be reset if you clear app data, uninstall, or lose device access unless backed up by platform services where applicable. We do not currently provide cloud sync or cross-device backup for local progression data.

13. Notifications and reminders

Notifications are optional local reminders. The app does not force a notification permission prompt at first install before you can play built-in catalog puzzles. If you enable notifications, the app may schedule local reminders on your device. Reminder types may include daily free hint readiness, Lucky Wheel readiness, resume prompts, or occasional helpful product updates you opt into. You can change or revoke this in system Settings or in-app Settings where available. The app may show a dedicated notification opt-in screen when you choose to enable reminders. After sustained optional engagement with daily hints or Lucky Wheel rewards, the app may offer a one-time deferred reminder (at most once per install) if notifications are still disabled — you may accept or decline.

14. Google Play Games and Apple Game Center

On supported Android devices, Cut & Collect may offer optional Google Play Games features such as sign-in, achievements, and leaderboards when configured. On supported iOS devices, Cut & Collect may offer optional Apple Game Center features such as sign-in, achievements, and leaderboards when configured. Using these services is optional and subject to Google or Apple terms where applicable. Local achievements and scores may still work on-device if the platform service is unavailable, not signed in, or not configured. Leaderboard or achievement sync may no-op when required console IDs are missing or the service is unavailable. These features may be adjusted or unavailable for fairness or technical reasons.

15. Service availability and updates

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the app. We may release updates through app stores; some updates may be required to continue using supported versions. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any mode, reward, Coming Soon entry, achievement, leaderboard, notification, or third-party integration.

16. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

The game is provided on an as-available basis without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee data recovery after device loss, uninstall, clear-data, or backup failures.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app or qualifying in-app purchases in the six months before the claim or (b) zero if you did not pay us. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from claims arising from your custom photos or your violation of these Terms.

19. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law or store policy.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material updates will be reflected in the published web version and, when the in-app legal bundle is updated, may require renewed acceptance in the app.
